ere is this week's schedule: -Tuesday (Oct. 7): Meet on south at 7 pm. We will practice in the Skatium from 7:30 to 9:30. -Wednesday: Meet on south at 5 pm. We will practice at the Polo Fields from 5:30 to 7 pm. -Thursday: Meet on south at 7:30 pm. We will practice in the Skatium from 8 to 10 pm. -Friday: Match at Bloomsburg. Meeting time to be determined. Kickoff is at 7 pm. We are working on getting a bus. It will most likely cost every player $10 for the bus and refreshments for the ride home. | ‘Nova Pulls Off Big Comeback Against Temple |

(Malvern, PA)-On a beautiful Saturday afternoon the VRFC (3-1; 2-1) staged a thrilling comeback to defeat the Temple Owls by a score of 24-17. Villanova used a combination of solid forward play and good defense by the backs to come back from a 17 point halftime deficit. The victory provided redemption from the blowout loss to Temple two weeks ago and kept the Wildcats’ playoff hopes alive.

(Malvern, PA)-On an overcast Saturday morning, the VRFC (2-1; 1-1) came back from a late deficit to defeat the Princeton Tigers in a thriller of a match by a score of 15-13. It was a must win game for both teams to keep their playoff hopes alive and in the end, strong forward play and excellent kicking won it for the Wildcats.
